Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
"Conditions for returns and exchanges" Returns and exchanges of products are only possible if the reason is attributable to our company, such as product defects or incorrect delivery, and you contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days after receiving the product. When contacting us, please include the following information in the inquiry form.
⑴ Your order number, your name and phone number when placing the order. ⑵ A photo of the defective part of the product, your choice of return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

We may ask for your payment method information in order to cancel the payment. If we determine that the product you have sent us needs to be exchanged, we will exchange it for an equivalent product, or if we do not have an equivalent product in stock, we will refund the purchase price.
